Welcome to Goin' Coastal Linen Services LLC. We are a locally owned and operated small business located in beautiful Carolina Beach, NC. Currently we provide linen services to the Carolina Beach, Kure Beach and Ft. Fisher areas.

Whether you're a host or a guest we would love the opportunity to provide linen services for you.
While there are several online platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, and others to assist owners with managing bookings, we understand a lot of owners/hosts are not local to their property. This creates a need to contract with cleaners, maintenance, linen and other personnel, to coordinate performing each of these services with the shared goal of providing your guests with a pleasing and memorable vacation experience. Whether you're local, out of town or even out of state contracted services are a vital contributing factor to hosting a successful rental property and we would love the opportunity to provide linen services for you and your guests.

Delivery Services
We offer standard delivery services for your linens. Whether it's a last minute get away or you arrived to find that your rental doesn't include linens... we've got you covered!
A la carte
Our A la cart service allows you to offer your guests the option to add linen services for their stay, outside of their booking. We create a service package with you for your property. When booking their stay with you, guests can opt to add linen services for their stay. You simply refer the guest to us via phone, text or email and we'll assist them.
Keepin' it Local - Referrals
Hosts and Property Managers that are not partnered with us to provide linen services can simply refer them to contact us via phone, text or email and we will be happy to assist them.
Custom Host Packages
We will create a custom package for our partnered hosts to provide linens for their property to included bed linens, bath towels, bath mats and kitchen towels. (Makeup cloths and beach towels are additional options upon request). Host packages are built into the rental package on the host's booking platform. Simply provide us with a schedule of your bookings and we will provide linen services as scheduled. *Packages can include standard delivery services or bed making services.
Bed Making Services
For hosts that want to simplify things for your guests, we offer bed making services. We will sanitize bedding including mattress pad covers/encasements and make beds, minus our excluded bed types (due to safety reasons). Our linens are locally laundered and wrapped for sanitation. Bath towels will be staged on beds along with laundry bags to be used at checkout. Bathmats and kitchen towel sets will be placed accordingly. The instructions for checkout are indicated on the laundry bag tags. *Note that due to safety and liability reasons we do not make top bunks, sofa sleepers or trundle beds. Linens for these will be stagged.
Laundry Services
Our linens are laundered and sanitized at a local laundromat (we love to support other local small business) after which they are wrapped. Additionally we offer laundering of host items such as quilts, pillow shams, blankets, mattress pad covers etc. as needed due to soiling, special host requests and to maintain sanitary bedding for guests.
Bedding Essentials
We offer services for a variety of bedding essentials. Mattress pad covers/encasements, pillow protectors, bed skirts, pillows, bedding and blankets based on clients decor/selection and more.
Beach Time Hours
Our standard hours of operation are Monday - Friday 9am-5pm Saturday 9am- 4om and Sunday 9am-3pm. We understand that a need for linens can arise outside of standard hours. In most cases we are able to accommodate emergent linen needs outside of these hours so that you can relax and enjoy your Beach Time.
Sanitizing Services
Cleanliness is important! We utilize Raycop equipment with hospital-grade UV light which can eliminate 99.9% of harmful substances like bacteria, viruses and kills mites while also preventing the breeding of mites’ eggs.

Our Service Policies
Linen Service Policies & Agreement
Linen Service & Delivery:
In order to process and guarantee delivery, payment for the linen services must be received in full at time of order.
All linens provided will be delivered on scheduled delivery date no later than 6pm to units that do not have a client contract with Goin' Coastal Linen Services, LLC. All linens that are to be delivered to units which have a service contract with Goin' Coastal Linen Services, LLC will be delivered to the unit prior to guest check in.
Service Cancellations:
Services cancelled less than 72 hours prior to delivery date will forfeit all money paid and not receive a refund. Services cancelled more than 72 hours prior to delivery date will receive a full refund of all money paid less a $10.00 administrative fee.
Note: Services must be cancelled by email only. Send an email to goincoastallinenservices@gmail.com requesting the linen services to be cancelled. You must provide your name, phone number, the original scheduled check in/out dates and address of the property.
Same Day Services & Delivery Fees:
Linen services requested the same day or additional linens requested during your stay. We will make every effort to have linens delivered to you by 7pm the day of order. Last minute orders placed after 5pm may result in next day delivery. Such order are subject to a $20 delivery fee.
Linen Procedures at Checkout:
Place all bed linens, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, dish cloths, dish towels, makeup cloths and beach towels inside the Blue laundry bags provided (please do not put quilts/comforters, decorative pillow shams/zippered pillow covers or mattress pads/covers in the laundry bags - these items are laundered separately) and place the laundry bags inside near the front door. If checking out prior to scheduled check out time, please notify us so we can schedule an earlier pick up.
Responsibility:
Guest assumes responsibility for all linens during their stay and agrees to return all linens to Goin' Coastal Linen Services, LLC in the same good condition as when received. Natural wear from responsible use is expected. Guest shall be liable for any loss, theft, damage or destruction of linens. All linens lost or damaged beyond cleaning/repair will be charged to the guest at current market replacement costs.
NOTE:
All linens are for indoor use ONLY excluding beach towels. Linens should NOT be utilized on the beach, at pools, for cleaning messes, coloring hair, removing makeup, self tanners or other such chemicals or functions not suitable for bath towels.
Hurricane Policy:
In the event of a hurricane and a mandatory evacuation order is given please contact us to reschedule delivery or cancel your services. Should you choose to cancel we will issue a full refund less a $10.00 administrative fee. No refunds given for cancellations without a mandatory evacuation order.
